Job Description:

Responsible for implementing, reviewing and developing systems and process flows within the Fulfillment team. They will lead implementation efforts in developing processes for streamlining operational efficiencies, and they will contribute to planning and diagnostic aspects of improving workflow efficiencies and strengthening client services. They are responsible for taking the initiative in identifying potential operational and fulfillment issues and working directly with relevant teams to remedy errors, reduce risks and diffuse reoccurrences and redundancies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for management and implementation of web advertising to include contract review, review of creative, loading campaigns for advertisers, assigning ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and reviewing campaign status
  2. Drive primary focus on customer product quality / end-to-end experience / internationalization / continuous improvement in all systems, processes
  3. Direct clients and sales team through our website and service sites to ensure their use of our services and to ensure fulfillment
  4. Participate in development of all training materials and schedules for all associates with respect to back-end systems and technology
  5. Direct and perform quality assurance of executive clients’ text descriptions and links as well as updates of inquiry e-mail addresses for reporting
  6. Identify and take lead in e-mail marketing campaigns and other fulfillments to maximize service for Executive clients
  7. Ensure all reporting for clients is going out correctly and accurately while maintaining execution of reports
  8. Initiate the analysis of business, process and systems performance, and identify improvement opportunities and take lead in implementing plan to deliver improvements
  9. Identify and recommend best options for business and operational processes and assist team in specifications of work flow and managing implementation of change
  10. Implement Salesforce as a CRM tool by working with sales teams
  11. Perform Salesforce Administrator functions, such as create reports, workflows, email campaigns, and operational streamlining of support initiatives

EDUCATION:

Preferred education may be provided as well. Related four-year degree or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years experience in analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research. Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.

Physical Requirements:

The employee is required to sit and will use hands and fingers to write, operate a computer keyboard, and/or a calculator. Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to talk and hear in order to exchange information with other employees, customers or vendors. Employee is required to move about the office as necessary to attend meetings, or transport records and files.
