He/she will provide strategic direction and ensure successful implantation of our client’s marketing programs. Will manage and ensure coordination of recommendations, planning, development and execution of interactive media planning, lead generation and special projects in accordance with the client's objectives and budget parameters. This person is poised and professional and can partner with internal teams, as well as work closely with senior executives in the marketing and admissions departments of their clients.

This role leads the management, design and production of all prospective-student-facing digital assets. This individual will work in conjunction with SMEs to oversee all internet-based advertising, email, customer-facing programs (i.e. social media) and online operations (i.e. SEO). Ability to co-ordinate with and manage campaigns associated with traditional media initiatives (TV, direct response, etc.) a huge plus.

Senior Manager - Call Center Operations
